Show object names in viewport and batch rename
Show Object Names in Viewport: Shift-select objects, enable Text Info in Viewport Overlays. Then in Properties > Viewport Display, ALT+Click the Name checkbox to apply it to all selected objects.
Batch Rename: Press CTRL + F2, enter your new names or rules, then confirm.
