Change focal length in Viewport and Camera

To change the Focal Length(Perspective) in the viewport, tap N (opens the sidebar), go to View, and drag the Focal Length value. In Camera View (numpad 0), select your Camera, go to the Data tab in the Properties area, and under Lens, drag the Focal Length value. These two values are independent.
